at home and don’t worry about weather forecasts, because these coming months
will be full of mind blowing/numbing television entertainment A.K.A. the summer
of sports!

The kick
off for Euro 2012 starts tomorrow and is the event I’m personally looking
forward to the most. Drama in the best possible way: 16 countries and only 1 returns home dry eyed. This is also the
event of 100% permitted healthy outbursts of chauvinism and where stupidity
will be temporarily excluded from the dictionary. I myself am going to enjoy this
to the max. The one thing that does bother me a little are the marketing tricks/gadgets
that seem to become an obligation to all brands. They try, but none of
them seem to have the brilliant move that everyone is talking about this year. OAT shoes
did not (yet?) get involved in this. Quite difficult for a shoe brand perhaps...What
could they do? Guerrilla marketing?
Wait... I've got it: Can someone throw a shoe at
Christiano Ronaldo at some press conference? Not too fast/with a smile/still newsworthy?
Otherwise: new
chances for 2014, the next summer of sports!
